Whether you are a digital banking or a mobile deposit customer or both, the following information will help you navigate a few IT requirements to successfully use our digital banking platform.

Digital banking system requirements

Browser
- Google Chrome (Windows, macOS) – Recommended
- Mozilla Firefox (Windows, macOS) – Supported
- Microsoft Edge (Windows) – Supported
- Apple Safari (macOS) – Supported
Current and previous two major versions are supported. Browser support is subject to change without notice, so we encourage end users to configure browsers for automatic updates. Use the latest version of your browser for the most secure experience in Q2online. Any browser not listed above should be considered unsupported by Q2.

- Latest version of Adobe Reader
Digital banking password requirements
- Must be 12-60 characters
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain a minimum of 1 lower case character
- Must contain a minimum of 1 upper case character
- Must contain a minimum of 1 special character
- Password may not be the same as last 10 passwords
- May not be the same as current password
Mobile banking requirements
- A valid email address and telephone number are required
- Apps function best when the GPS or native mapping app (also called Location Services) is enabled

Remote deposit capture requirements
In addition to a high-speed internet connection, the following certified components are required for Remote Deposit Capture.

- USB port 2.0 or higher
- Framework 4.8 or higher

- Windows® 11: Microsoft Edge™ or Google Chrome™
For Macs
- USB port 2.0 or higher
For macOS®
- Ventura 13: Google Chrome™
- Sonoma 14: Google Chrome™
- Sequoia 15: Google Chrome™
Note: The current version of Google Chrome™ and the previous two versions are supported.
Mobile deposit capture requirements
To deposit checks with Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (mRDC), an end user must have a mobile device with a rear-facing camera with a resolution of at least 5 megapixels.
