Hangar construction financing
A commercial real estate developer worked with Signature Bank on development of a luxury executive hangar at a California airport. The hangar offers 255,000 square feet of ramp space and features upscale amenities and customization opportunities for aircraft operators who desire privacy, security and luxury in their own exclusive hangar and office.
Charter financing
A Wisconsin-based charter operator works with Signature Bank to finance six aircraft, including two turbo prop Beechcraft King Airs and four Embraer Phenom 300 jets. The client operates on a CFR Part 135 Air Carrier and Operator Certification, employing pilots, mechanics and corporate staff. In addition to financing the aircraft, Signature Bank provides cash management services including corporate credit cards, which are used by pilots for fuel, travel and lodging. We’ve worked closely with this client to find ways to structure credits and analyze business operations and maintenance to finance the business.
